Our Magazine Family is currently looking to hire an Advertising Sales Representative who will be based in Katy, but will call on Katy, Sugar Land, and Cy-Fair area businesses and will help drive advertising revenue through new sales. This is a fun, visible role interacting with business owners, medical offices, ad agencies, and community leaders on a regular basis. You will attend events, make contacts, and follow up on prospects with the goal of selling advertising.

Requires professional demeanor and excellent organization, communications, computer, and follow-up skills. Must be computer savvy with strong MS Word, internet and email skills. Prior sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a go-getter who is outgoing, self-disciplined, motivated, and open to learning. Some college is also preferred. Local knowledge of the Sugar Land area is a big plus.

This position offers a base salary, commission, incentives, and a gas stipend. Our advertising sales reps usually make between $32-50K for their first year.
