We are hiring a full-time Accounting/Bookkeeping Coordinator who will be based in our Katy office. Working with our Accounting/HR Manager, you will input and maintain bookkeeping transactions, make bank deposits, handle accounts payable/receivable functions including customer invoicing and payment processing. Also responsible for entering new customer contracts and their payment schedules in QuickBooks, maintaining customer and vendor files, processing vendor invoices for approval, generating checks, and distributing/mailing payments. Provides back up as needed for other administrative functions.

This position requires someone with solid QuickBooks experience, 2+ years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping, an upbeat attitude, pleasant phone voice and demeanor. Requires strong attention to detail and data entry skills. MS Office, Outlook, with solid computer and communications skills is also highly desired.
