Our magazines are all based in Katy, Texas, where we have an upbeat, positive workplace, and we team up to create some of the finest magazines in Texas.
We are hiring an energetic person to train as a new Customer Marketing Specialist to help with our three magazines. (Katy Magazine, Sugar Land Magazine, and Cy-Fair Magazine). Based in Katy, this is a fun, highly visible position working closely with our advertisers to ensure they are leveraging all the services included in their contract and meeting our print deadlines. You will collect ad design materials from our advertisers, be the liaison between them and our ad designers, communicate regularly with customers, renew their advertising agreements, and drop magazines to their businesses occasionally. You will also attend networking events where you will meet and greet with many businesses and community leaders. This position requires outgoing, confident personality, strong MS Office skills, and superior organizational skills. Must have exceptional communications skills, professional demeanor, and a flexible, and a can-do attitude. Candidate must be able to lift 20 – 25 pounds.
Requires 2-4 years office, customer service, marketing, or sales experience; college degree preferred in related field. Katy Magazine has a positive, upbeat work atmosphere where we team up to create award-winning, top quality publications for our communities of Katy, Sugar Land, and Cy-Fair.
