INTAKE/VERIFICATION MANAGER
NEW! Healix is looking for an experienced and talented Intake/Verification Manager with a passion for excellence and a strong interest in business and healthcare. This position is located in Sugar Land. Duties include: Monitoring staff assignments and performing workload balancing. Analyzing staff production via system reports, resolving overdue assignments and managing work productivity of individual and team members in order to meet client expectations. Review and analysis of verification processes and data to identify efficiency improvement needs. Hiring, Training and evaluation of staff, including timekeeping and coverage allocation.
