Sugar Land, TX News – Gridiron Legends Promote Good Health at Brazos Bend Elementary School

Sugar Land, TX News (June 5, 2014) - Former NFL players are making their way into area classrooms to promote healthy eating habits among students. J.J. Moses, former Houston Texans Kick Returner, and Don Trull, former Houston Oilers Quarterback, recently surprised students at Brazos Bend Elementary School with a visit as part of the Gridiron Legends Fit for Life Program.

Presented by Kelsey-Seybold, the program promotes healthy living and an active lifestyle through a fun-filled, interactive presentation. Moses and Trull spoke to students in grades 3-5 about the benefits of eating a healthy diet and surrounding themselves with positive people. Trull also demonstrated his athletic ability by throwing passes to students throughout the presentation.
